Since April 2022, the Terrington Cooperative Society (the Coop) has partnered with the Kinsmen Club of Happy Valley Goose Bay to administer the 50/50 Program. Under the initial three-year term, we have jointly been guided by the terms of our Partner Agreement that broadly reflect the community's best interest in support of charitable needs through work with non-profits entities, our schools and other established organization in communities served by the Coop.

The 50/50 Program's focus reflects the shared values and priorities in support of our members and the boarder community. As we near the conclusion of the initial three-year term of the 50/50 Program Partnership Agreement, the Kinsmen Club has notified the Coop of their intention at this time not to renew under the option to extend upon the Agreement's expiry May 31st, 2025.

The Terrington Coopertive would like to acknowledge the contribution by the Kinsmen Club, whom have volunteered their time and worked tirelessly to support our community. The Terrington Cooperative Society's Board and Staff are committed to engaging with community stakeholders to secure a 50/50 Program Partner in the near term, and continue the exceptional work done by the Kinsmen Club as our current Program Partner.
